mail this material as early as one month before the event date, and no later than 2 1/5 weeks before the event. Material received less than 2 weeks before your event will likely go to waste, please do not delay in getting started with promotion.
If you poster in our area, direct persons NOT to poster over other non-expired events, ours or others, it's disrespectful.

Tip: Caspar Inn is a 21+ venue
Tip: Caspar has two A's and no E as C A S P A R it is commonly misspelled.
Tip: Posters that list a genre, press quote, etc as easier to identify the kind of music may attract more attention.
Tip: Caspar Inn is in the town of Caspar, which is between Mendocino & Fort Bragg, but some folks use the town location of Mendocino on tour listings, or Mendocino/Caspar. Probably because more folks are familiar with Mendocino as a location, and that's fine by us if you want to do that also.
